Victor Osimhen is a Nigerian professional footballer who plays as a striker. He was born on December 29, 1998, in Lagos, Nigeria. Osimhen’s rise to success is a remarkable story that has captured the attention of many football fans around the world.

Osimhen’s football career started in Lagos, where he played for the Ultimate Strikers Academy. In August 2019, Osimhen signed for French club Lille for a reported fee of €12 million. He made an immediate impact, scoring 18 goals in 38 appearances in his debut season, and helping Lille finish fourth in Ligue 1.

His performances earned him the Marc-Vivien Foé award for the best African player in Ligue 1. In July 2020, Osimhen joined Italian club Napoli for a reported fee of €70 million, becoming the most expensive African player ever.
